Balinese Ladies at the TempleThe batik panel in the center depicts two Balinese women visiting the temple. The textiles surrounding them represent the temple with a bit of greenery in the corner. The quilted center is mounted on hand woven cotton that was handspun from two natural colors of cotton. The cotton is grown, spun, and woven into cloth by members of the village of Tuban in northern Java.
